Andrew practices in Maurice Wutscher's Commercial Litigation and Consumer Litigation groups. Prior to joining the firm, Andrew served as an Assistant United States Attorney with the United States Department of Justice where he prosecuted fraud, public corruption and other felony crimes. He also worked as an associate at a midsize Washington, D.C. based civil litigation defense firm, where he represented Fortune 500 companies, small and midsize businesses, and law firms in complex commercial, class action, real estate, professional liability, employment, and insurance coverage matters. Andrew graduated from American University Washington College of Law, where he served on the editorial board of the Journal of Gender Social Policy & the Law, and competed in mock trials as a member of the Mock Trial Honor Society. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland. Andrew is licensed to practice law in Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia, and the District of Columbia. He is also admitted in United States District Courts for the District of Maryland and the Eastern District of Virginia. He is a member of the Defense Research Institute (DRI), the national Mortgage Bankers Association, the American Bankers Association, the Conference on Consumer Finance Law, DBA International, the ACA International Members Attorney Program, the American Bar Association, and the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys.
