CR Software, Inc. (CRS), the leading collections solutions provider for collection agencies and corporate debt recovery departments, announced that it has successfully completed installation of its CRS Collection Resource System™, Platinum Version at DMJ Solutions, a full range provider of accounts receivable management and customer service outsourcing solutions to clients nationwide. Headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, DMJ Solutions specializes in auto loan debt collection.
DMJ Solutions purchased the Collection Resource System, Platinum Version due to its state of the art software capabilities. In addition to the powerful software to run all aspects of its business, DMJ Solutions chose to integrate many modules, including Cartographer® which allows the user to establish a data relationship for importing and exporting data without the need for costly custom programming. “The Cartographer module has improved the way we do collections,” stated Cori Siering, Administrative Manager of DMJ Solutions. “Cartographer provides us with an intuitive and user-friendly graphical interface tool that enables us to successfully convert data easily and quickly, without regard to operating system, data base or collection system.”
“Another aspect of CR Software that we were really happy with was the on-site installation and training,” stated Siering. “The technical support analysts at CR Software were very resourceful and we were pleased with the overall functionality of the software program. Since the installation, we have really taken advantage of the support services offered by CR Software and have been happy with the response. We are looking to expand our operations over the next year and I think that CR Software will suit our needs throughout the transition quite well,” Siering added.
“We know how important it is for DMJ Solutions to maintain their reputation for excellence and professionalism in the collections industry,” said Edz Sturans, President of CR Software. “We look forward to helping them streamline their operations and maximize productivity.”
