Executive Change: Paula Fox to Penncro Associates as Director of Business Development

Penncro Associates, Inc. proudly announces the addition of Paula Fox as Director of Business Development and Client Services. Paula has a Business Management degree from J Sargent Reynolds College.

Paula has over 15 years of experience in the credit and collections industry, with roles in both operations and business development. Paula’s experience started at Capital One Financial where she supported quality process improvement and vendor management. She was the Director of Operational Quality at OSI and most recently she held the position of Director of Business Development at Convergys Corporation.

Paula is a founding member of the Professional Women’s Network and is chair person for the activities committee. The Professional Women’s Network was started in 2006 with a team of 10 and today the network is over 380 Professional Women.
