Executive Change: Don Taylor Named President of Automated Collection Services

Automated Collection Services, Inc. (ACSI), a national accounts receivable management company located in Nashville, Tennessee, proudly announces Don Taylor has joined ACSI as President of the company, effective July 10, 2012.  In his role, Taylor will guide this highly successful organization to ensure its continued growth and success in markets to include higher education, where it has continuously been a top performer.

Taylor started his career with Diversified Collection Services, Inc., (DCS) in 1978 following his honorable discharge from the U.S. Navy.  With more than 34 years of accounts receivable management experience, this industry veteran has had a highly successful career, most notably as President of Account Control Technology, Inc. (ACT). Under his leadership, from 2000 through 2009, ACT received three successive U.S. Department of Education (ED) contract awards. Taylor was responsible for assembling a team of professionals who fueled ACT’s significant growth by producing excellent results for clients.

Additionally, his operations, sales, and people-management experience spans all facets of the higher education marketplace for guarantors, colleges and universities, private student loan lenders.  He has twenty years of experience as a contract administrator for the ED collection contract.  He also has governmental debt experience with the U.S. Department of the Treasury, states, and municipalities.
