IAT, a leading provider of communications solutions for the collection industry and related markets, announced today that Holly Caid, National Sales Manager, will be participating in the “Predictive Dialing vs. Voice Broadcast Messaging Shoot-Out” at the Collection Advisor Technology Expo and Conference on November 17, 2005 at the Bellagio in Las Vegas.

Ms. Caid is a Dale Carnegie Masters graduate, with over twenty years of experience speaking to large industry groups. She is currently ACA International Affiliate Board Chair. She holds degrees in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Arizona. She continues to enhance and refine her industry, sales and management education. She joined IAT in 1998.
