Coface Collections North America, Inc. (CCNA), a leader in international accounts receivable management, has promoted Cliff Sanders to the newly created position of Executive Vice President of Business Development.

Sanders, formerly Vice President of Sales and Marketing, has been with CCNA for over ten years and has an extensive knowledge of the organization. With an unwavering commitment to customer service and satisfaction, Sanders spearheaded the development and launch of Coface Accounts Receivable Express (CARE), a cost effective solution for increasing collections recovery for clients. CCNA’s CARE program was the first of its kind in the industry and continues to be the most successful in the marketplace.

In his expanded role, Sanders will be responsible for the overall management of the CCNA’s business development initiatives and sales production, providing firm-wide leadership, strategy, operations and management.

“Cliff has been an invaluable part of the successful growth of CCNA. Through his leadership and his expertise, we have positioned CCNA as a leader in accounts receivable management,” stated Tom Brenan, CCNA’s President.

As a member of the senior management team, Sanders has over 15 years of experience in the commercial collections industry and has solidified significant relationships with major national organizations. Prior to his start at CCNA in 2002, Sanders worked as a sales representative for Milliken and Michaels/NCO and played an integral role in bringing in new clients to the organization.

Sanders’ wealth of strategic and tactical experiences from his prior positions will help position CCNA to meet market demands.  In addition to cultivating relationships with large companies for commercial collections, Sanders will lead the company’s entry into the consumer collections market in mid-2013.

“I hope to integrate my experience, leadership and strong customer relationships to capitalize on the rapidly growing market. CCNA is poised to capture market share and I look forward to establishing our position in the consumer collections market,” said Sanders.
