The Company has again been named an approved Professional Practices Management Systems™ (PPMS™) certified agency and completed the Statement on Auditing Standards No. 70 (SAS 70) Type II certification, for the third consecutive year.

On an ongoing basis, the PPMS™ processes at certified agencies result in a reduction in errant procedures, increased communication among internal departments, better training and development of collections staff, and consistent, efficient and professional handling of client issues.
The SAS 70 audit involves an intense certification process where the Company’s technology platform and operational processes are tested and must adhere to strict industry standards, as verified by an independent auditor. This certification provides customers with the assurance that their data is properly managed and in compliance with the best practices in the industry.
