Collection Agency to Open New Facility, Expand

ACB American, Inc. a 45-year-old Collection Agency in Covington Kentucky plans to open its new site and move existing operations in mid January 2007. ?We?ve been working towards our relocation for over 18 months.? stated Dale Norman, Operations Manager. ?We have a large core of long time associates and didn?t want to lose any over commuting problems. We?ve overcome the challenges and found a perfect new home ?

The new facility is outfitted with cutting edge data and physical security systems, back-up power generators and non-spinning telecommunications technology. The environment is wide open with abundant natural light. ?We?ve made a huge investment to take service and protection for our clients and their assets to a new level? added Randall Dunn, Vice President IT.

The new 26,000 square foot facility in Latonia Kentucky will accommodate 220 collection professionals with ample parking.
