Ogden, Utah — DAKCS president Lex Patterson announced today that two long term employees have been promoted to key leadership roles within the company. Dax Nelson, the current Director of Product Implementation will also assume the Role of Director of Product Development. LaDeena Gilleland, a New York agency owner and DAKCS trainer, has accepted the position of Director of Customer Support.
Mr. Nelson has been a member of the DAKCS team for over eight years. During his tenure, he has successfully managed a variety of teams and has been responsible for critical business operational duties. Dax has an undergraduate degree from Weber State University and an MBA from Utah State University. LaDeena Gilleland has been associated with DAKCS Software Systems for over 11 years. During that time, she has played a key role as a trainer to many of the DAKCS customers throughout the country. LaDeena has over thirty years of industry experience and has run her own collection agency for over 10 years.
