CSI Financial Services Gives Back to Communities through ?CSI Cares Program?

SAN DIEGO – CSI Financial Services (CSI) has launched a new community-focused donation program aimed at raising necessary financial resources to support charitable organizations committed to helping the nation’s children.  Additionally, the CSI Cares Program will support hospital foundations geared toward giving back to their local communities.

Established in 1992, CSI Financial Services has been providing “peace of mind” to healthcare providers and patients by funding more than $500 million in no- and low-interest patient loan programs to hospitals nationwide, thereby allowing patients to meet their self-pay obligations and avoid going through the collections process.  

Mitch Patridge, CSI’s chief executive officer, said the new CSI Cares Program will receive a percentage of every dollar that CSI funds to its healthcare clients, which in turn will be used to support a worthy children’s organization.  Each quarter, CSI will select an organization as the benefactor of the CSI Cares Program.

“The members of the CSI team are dedicated to helping people in communities throughout this country,” Patridge said.  “The CSI Cares Program is a way for us to thank our clients and their patients for the opportunity to play a positive role in their communities.”

Patridge said the first recipient of donation support collected through the CSI Cares Program will be the Orange County, Calif.-based Miracles for Kids, a non-profit organization whose mission is to improve the lives of children who have cancer and other life-threatening illnesses.

Miracles for Kids is focused on providing the families of these children with financial support, serving as an advocate for the children and their families, and providing funds to non-profits and other entities that support or conduct research focused on eradicating life-threatening childhood diseases.
