CR Software, the world’s leading provider of enterprise collection and receivables management solutions and the Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation (DLLR), announced today the selection of Titanium ORE (Open Receivables Environment) as the software platform for the DLLR Unemployment Benefits Overpayment program.
Unemployment insurance provides benefits to persons who are unemployed and are ready, willing and able to work, and are actively seeking work.
The Maryland Division of Unemployment Insurance is committed to providing quality, accurate, courteous and dependable service to claimants and employers in a secure and confidential environment that demands accountability, integrity and fairness.
The DLLR will use the Titanium platform to identify fraudulent claims, eliminate overpayments and increase collections. Designed with the government user in mind, Titanium offers the automation of investigative case workflow, a robust reporting system providing in-depth performance analyses and efficient monitoring capabilities, among a list of processing advantages.
Additional Titanium features, including easy integration with other systems, decreased use of manual processes and the efficient use of cross matching technologies serve as the basis for increased unemployment insurance overpayment recovery and fraud detection.
“We’re very pleased to be working with the DLLR, helping them identify fraudulent claims, eliminate overpayments and increase collections,” said Martin Germanis, CEO, CR Software. “The Titanium platform gives the DLLR the capability to exchange data with a variety of vendors, systems and services, compare claims against new hire databases, reveal fraud trends and create reports that become the basis for a best practices environment.”
