Executive Change: Machol & Johannes Hires Valerie Strawbridge as Director, Client Relations

Machol & Johannes, LLC (M&J), a third-generation leader in the legal debt collection industry with offices in Colorado and Washington State, is pleased to announce the appointment of industry veteran Valerie Strawbridge as Director of Client Relations.

Strawbridge joins M&J after an eighteen-year career in the collection industry serving most recently as audit director for a premier attorney network. In her new capacity, Strawbridge will be responsible for servicing M&J’s clients on a day-to-day basis as well as taking charge of the firm’s compliance management initiative.
