Brown & Joseph Opens Call Center in Valparaiso, Indiana

Brown & Joseph, LTD, headquartered in Rolling Meadows, Illinois, announced today that it has opened a new call center in Valparaiso, Indiana. Brown & Joseph has recently signed new outsourcing contracts which resulted in the need for the center. As of today, 30 new employees were hired for the location with additional space for 100 more.

Brown & Joseph’s Chief Executive Officer, Chris Cappuccilli says, “We chose this area [Valparaiso] because the location is close to a university and it has an extremely diverse labor pool to recruit employees from the surrounding cities.”
