Executive Change: Paula Fox to Estate Information Services as Senior Director

Estate Information Services, LLC (EIS) is pleased to announce the addition of Paula Fox as its Senior Director of Business Development and Client Relationship Manager.  EIS remains committed to continue with the growth and enhancement of its customer base and expansion into new niche markets.

Paula brings more than 16 years of experience in the credit and collections industry, with roles in both operations and business development. Paula began her impressive career at Capital One Financial where she held increasing responsibilities supporting quality process improvement and vendor management. She also held positions at OSI, Convergys Corporation and Penncro Management.  Paula has a Business Management degree from J Sargent Reynolds College.

Paula’s commitment to the collection industry expands beyond the walls of her employers.  She is a strong leader of the Network of Professional Women in the Collections Industry.  Paula utilizes her strong organization skills leading the Activities Committee and her decision making skills by her membership on the Steering Committee.  The focus of this network is to provide a venue where the woman executive decision makers in the industry have an opportunity to meet their industry peers in order to grow professionally.  The PWCI also allows us to give back to our communities through the philanthropically focused events held each year.
