Executive Change: CenterPoint Legal Solutions Names Aaron Rose President

CenterPoint Legal Solutions, the leader in non-performing judgment collections, skip tracing, and legal servicing solutions, announced today that Aaron Rose has joined the company as President and Chief Manager.

Prior to joining CenterPoint Legal Solutions, Mr. Rose previously served on the Executive Management Team and as Assistant General Counsel of National Arbitration Forum. Beginning in 2001, Mr. Rose led the organization’s growth and success in the redesign of its legal arbitration product policies, procedures, and protocols, repositioning the company with a value-added consumer finance focused product offering.  He has specifically worked with a number of the nation’s top credit card issuers, distressed debt purchasers, and organizations serving the financial services market.  In addition, Mr. Rose led National Arbitration Forum in the growth of additional markets for the application of legal dispute resolution services within the ARM industry.  These specifically included healthcare, auto, wireless, student and other installment loan markets.
