Its collection attorneys litigate cases at every court level throughout the State. Ciconte, Wasserman, Scerba & Kerrick’s collection team includes attorneys, paralegals, collectors, skip tracers and other support staff. Special process servers and private investigators are also utilized in order to maximize the probability of recovery. Fifty percent of the law practice is devoted to collections.

When asked about something interesting or unusual that debt collection work has taught him, Daniel said, “You can’t judge a claim by its cover, as even the most uncollectible claim or judgment may be fully collectible.” The thing he enjoys most about his job is litigating cases. When not working, he enjoys intramural sports, being outdoors and cooking, and he’s active in the Sunday Breakfast Mission in Wilmington, DE. He and his wife, Elizabeth, have two young children, Isla 2 ½ and Naomi 6 months.
