Brown & Joseph, LTD will be hosting a free 30 minute webinar on Friday, February 4th 2011 at 11:00 AM Central. The topic will be “When to File Suit: Containing the Cost of Recovering Debt.” The speaker will be Mr. Donald Leviton, Esq.

The speaker, Mr. Donald Leviton, Esq. graduated in 1979 from Arizona State University with a B.S. degree, majoring in accounting and earned a Juris Doctor in 1982 from The John Marshall Law School. Mr. Leviton has been admitted to the Illinois State Bar since 1982 and has extensive experience representing the rights of creditors and insurance companies. Mr. Leviton has served for many years as an arbitrator for the Circuit Court of Cook County Mandatory Arbitration program and was chair qualified with the authority to administer oaths, rule on the admissibility of evidence, and decide questions of fact and law in order to reach an award in a case.

Mr. Leviton handles his clients matters as he would his own. His collection methods are proven to be highly effective. He attempts to resolve matters amicably in hopes of aiding in a continuing business relationship between the parties.
