Collingswood, N.J. — Formed in 2010, LinkedIn.com groups related to the U.S. Department of Education (ED) Private Collection Agency (PCA) contract now feature a link to a survey that may be completed by PCAs and their subcontractors (subs). The survey enables respondents to share selective insights and information about the ED PCA contract in a secure, user-controlled, and confidential manner.
The survey can be accessed though LinkedIn groups ED PCA Prime Contractor Peer Group and ED PCA Subcontractor Peer Group, which now include key employees from the majority of PCAs and their subs. Although those applying to join one of the two groups must be a management-level employee currently working for a PCA or a sub, any person meeting those criteria will be approved to join and may complete the survey. The survey period closes on Wednesday, March 9, 2011. Only respondents of the survey will receive a copy of the results, which will be distributed via email within a month after the date the survey period closes. Only anonymous, aggregate survey results will be shared with respondents.
The survey was created by Net Gain Marketing (www.netgain4results.com) and Leah Wilson Conger d/b/a Consolidated Business Services and covers ideas related to future ED portfolio performance, operational topics, subcontracting, and competitive topics concerning the next ED procurement anticipated for 2013.
