Lake Forest, Calif. — National Creditors Connection, Inc. (NCCI) announces the addition of two National Account Managers.
Scott Alton has joined NCCI as a National Account Manager to service the lower Southeast states and Texas.
Alton’s experience includes bank and nearly 17 years of credit union experience. His in-depth understanding of the challenges NCCI’s clients face will be an invaluable tool in determining their needs.
Alton’s role holds him responsible for building relationships with NCCI’s current clientele including credit unions, mortgage servicers, state and local banks, and finance companies. He is also tasked with augmenting new business opportunities.
“A borrower outreach program and the opportunity to expand collection areas and contact centers is a tremendous asset for our clients,” noted Alton. “I look to expand NCCI’s footprint in 2011 and carry out NCCI’s mission in the gulf state region.”
Additionally, NCCI hired Louis Masur as a National Account Manager to service the Midwestern United States.
Masur holds 15 years of experience and success in the credit union industry. He has been active in sectors including sales, marketing and management.
His experience will be valuable in building customer relationships and cultivating new business opportunities with credit unions, state and local banks, mortgage servicers and finance companies.
