Brad Robinson has been appointed Vice President, Business Development by Greg A. Cohen, Caine & Weiner’s, President and CEO, effective November 3rd. In his new role, he will assume coordinated strategic oversight of the company’s client services and business development initiatives, reporting directly to Joe Batie, Senior Vice President.

“We are excited to have Brad join our executive team,” said Mr. Cohen. “His comprehensive background and exceptional record in the ARM industry are uniquely aligned with Caine & Weiner’s current and future direction. He will be a key contributor to our team and will be actively involved in the company’s strategic plan for 2015 and beyond.”

Brad is a 20+ year veteran of the Accounts Receivable Management (ARM) industry and has a long history of proven results in the client services and business development areas. Brad has been in the collection industry since 1994. He later transitioned into a sales management role focusing on skills growth and leadership.

Brad will focus his client services team on the acquisition and management of clients, client satisfaction and retention, as well as overseeing all business development functions.

Brad is a graduate of the University of Colorado with a degree in Criminology. While at Colorado, he was also a member of the varsity football team. His passion for football continues as he is currently an NCAA Division I football referee.

As Caine & Weiner’s Vice President, Business Development, his office will be located at the Woodland Hills, CA center.

In alignment with the strategic intent contained in Caine & Weiner’s mission/vision statement, On-going investment in people, procedures, compliance and technology, and with the expansion of the client services and marketing management team, other core senior-level roles have been realigned in order to maximize all available resources which include the following:

Brad Schaffer, Senior Vice President, Client Services, will continue as a direct contributor to the company’s overall client services strategy. In addition, he will focus his efforts on the development of the business origination team, key client initiatives, RFP/RFI oversight, alliance partnerships, market management, and client satisfaction and retention.

Joe Batie, Senior Vice President, will continue to manage all client services, marketing and client relations departments in addition to his contributions to branch operations and client administrative support teams. He will also focus his efforts on client services management, alliance/vendor partner initiatives, NACM Connect partnership and other special projects.

Mark Milstein, Senior Vice President, Operations, will continue to have oversight of all Woodland Hills operations management, IT and support departments, in addition to his contributions to all regional branch operations. Mark will also continue activities in support of our compliance, vendor management, business analytics, client satisfaction, client services, strategic initiatives and other special projects, as well as serving on the Board of Directors for Columbia Ultimate User Group.
