Ontario Systems has launched Artiva Healthcare Advance™, the newest addition to the industry-leading Artiva® line of revenue cycle management software for hospitals that improves the collection functionality of accounting systems, increases account representative productivity, maximizes management control and reduces administrative costs. Artiva Healthcare Advance features a robust, core feature/functionality set, including enhanced HIPAA and PCI compliance, new data service partners, a choice of a hosted or on-premise solution and access to valuable cloud-based add-on modules and services.
Leading the healthcare team are Steve Scibetta and Tom Yoder, who recently accepted new assignments as healthcare strategic account directors.
“Scibetta and Yoder have decades of experience working with Ontario Systems clients and are the perfect fit to build awareness for Artiva Healthcare Advance,” said Rozanne Andersen, vice president of sales and marketing and chief compliance officer. “Their mission is to deepen relationships with clients, foster new ties to the healthcare industry and act as resources to ensure Artiva Healthcare Advance implementations are successful.”
Artiva Healthcare is designed as an integrated database extension that adds enhanced collection functionality to the patient accounting system. The integration provides managers with the financial transparency they need to make better financial decisions, improve account representatives’ efficiency to prioritize and work self-pay accounts, and reduce the losses and challenges associated with a large volume of insurance and governmental claims.
“Our primary concern is serving our customers,” said Yoder. “By investing in our client base and helping them succeed with our solutions, we create a win-win situation. Artiva Healthcare Advance is the next step in building that relationship.”
Artiva Healthcare Advance leverages clients’ existing infrastructures and complements existing patient accounting systems. Built-in feature/functionality includes tools for receivables management, self-pay follow up, third-party follow up, financial assistance and vendor management. In their new roles, Scibetta and Yoder will collaborate with Ontario Systems customers to respond to the unique challenges associated with healthcare reform.
Artiva Healthcare Advance add-on modules and services include:
- Disaster Recovery (cloud based): to ensure peace of mind about data back-up and restoration with an affordable and reliable way to ensure business continuity
- GC Flex, powered by TCN (cloud based): to boost agent productivity with access to flexible capabilities and pay-as-you-go service model
- Speech Analytics: to effectively identify non-compliance risks and training opportunities across all agents and conversations
- Validity: to mitigate business risks with this cell phone validation and authorization module that is tightly integrated into the Ontario Systems dialer
- Validity E-Consent: to reduce letter costs through secure emails
“The marketplace is changing,” said Scibetta, “and we need to respond quickly. Our relationships with clients enable us to act as conduits to give voice to customer needs. By maintaining and strengthening those relationships, we can return to our teams with actionable steps to develop real-time solutions.”
