MUNCIE, Ind. — Ontario Systems, a leading provider of accounts receivables and revenue cycle management solutions for the collections and health care industries, has been selected by the Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA), the technology services industry’s largest and most vibrant association, to present its Balance Scorecard (BSC) Management System at the Technology Services World (TSW) conference on October 18-20 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Ontario Systems will demonstrate how it has utilized the Balanced Scorecard to implement its mission and vision and achieve tremendous results for its organization and clients.
Ontario first began the implementation of the BSC Management System at the corporate level in early 2009. The BSC has since been cascaded throughout the organization, including Professional Services. The BSC has enabled Professional Services to maintain alignment with the corporate strategy while facilitating the development of horizontal and vertical synergies across business units that will lead to additional customer value inspired by shared goals and objectives. The BSC has also proven to be an effective management system for Professional Services, providing the focus and the framework to guide the execution of its strategy through the analysis of key dashboard metrics, monthly business reviews, and the continuous testing and adaptation of strategies, goals, and objectives.
"We are thrilled and honored to have been selected by TSIA to showcase our Balanced Scorecard at the TSW conference, as we have been affiliated with them for a number of years and have always admired the work of other companies," said Ron Fauquher, Chief Strategy Officer, Ontario Systems. "We believe our selection is in recognition of our evolution as a professional services organization and further validates our business plan and the deep interest in organizations to improve processes and overall corporate synergy."
Thomas Lah, Executive Director of TSIA, has written three books on embedded professional service organizations. "The process of aligning embedded professional services to overall company and customer success demands constant attention. Ontario Systems has demonstrated both innovation and management discipline in their tactics. It’s great to see them sharing their experiences with the TSIA community."
The success recognized through the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard has also positioned Ontario Systems to seek future initiatives to broaden its use; including developing and delivering a service offering to help Ontario clients implement the Balanced Scorecard and achieve greater results for their own companies.
