USOBA to Speak at National Collections and Credit Risk Conference

Miami, FL — The United States Organizations for Bankruptcy Alternatives  (http://www.usoba.org) (USOBA), a trade association dedicated to the advancement of consumer protection in the debt settlement industry, announced that its Executive Director will speak at the Annual National Collections and Credit Risk Conference (http://www.americanbanker.com/conferences/nccr10/) in Miami, Florida. The conference, which brings together credit and collections professionals, will be held at the Intercontinental Miami from March 21 -23, 2010.

USOBA Executive Director Jenna Keehnen will participate in a panel titled, “Why You Can’t Afford to Ignore Debt Settlement,” discussing the current trends in the debt settlement industry and the interrelated relationship the debt settlement and collections industries share, and the benefits of working together.

The National Collections and Credit Risk Conference serves as a forum for discussing the industry’s key issues and provides interaction for lending and collection professionals. Conference attendees include bank presidents, CEOs, and senior level banking professionals responsible for collection agencies, loan servicers, collection law firms and other lines of businesses in the credit industry.
