Interactive Intelligence, a global provider of unified IP business communications solutions, has signed a reseller agreement with Alnafitha International, a market leader in information technology related solutions, products and services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
As per the agreement, Alnafitha International will serve as the Systems Integrator and Value-added Reseller of Interactive Intelligence, and through close collaboration will offer customers in KSA Interactive Intelligence’s business communications solutions for contact center automation, enterprise IP telephony, and business process automation. In accordance with the contract, Alnafitha International will also provide consultation, implementation, support, and custom development for the Interactive Intelligence solutions.
