Hawes Financial Group (HFG), a community-minded company, has selected Heather Quaas to serve as Loaned Executive for United Way of Lane County. As a Loaned Executive, Quaas will devote her time and talent to developing successful workplace volunteering campaigns at companies throughout Lane County, Oregon.
“The Loaned Executive Program is a unique opportunity for one of our employees to participate in an outstanding leadership role,” said Joe Hawes, President and Founder of HFG. “It is also a great way for us to help the United Way keep the administrative costs associated with the campaign down as well as communicate to our employee groups about how United Way can help them multiply their impact in their local community.”
“The contribution of a Loaned Executive represents a substantial investment in the community,” said Karla Torres, HFG’s Human Resource Manager. “Heather’s desire to make a difference coupled with her professionalism makes her the ideal candidate for the Loaned Executive position.”
