Stellar Recovery Announces Office Expansions and Management Promotions

Stellar Recovery Inc., an accounts receivable management (ARM) company with headquarters in Kalispell, Montana, announces exciting expansion plans and key management promotions.

On January 5th, Stellar Recovery Inc. opened its newest branch location in Jacksonville, Florida.  John Schanck, Chairman stated, “We are proud to now have a presence in a different time zone.  Our new facility is state of the art, has capacity for 70 additional recovery specialists and will allow Stellar Recovery and its client’s new opportunities.  We are very pleased with the ability to hire experienced new employees who can continue to provide our clients with strong recovery results.”

In addition, Stellar Recovery’s Corporate Headquarters is moving.  According to Bob Peterson, Chief Executive Officer, “The Company plans to complete the construction of its new 10,000 square foot corporate center by the end of March.  Our new facility is in a building purchased by the company in 2010 and will house our current staff of nearly 90 full time recovery specialists and corporate staff.  The new headquarters will allow Stellar to provide its clients the latest in technology, compliance and security.”

John Schanck also stated that, “with this growth, also comes opportunities for our current key managers to take on new career challenges.”

Stellar’s current Vice President, Doffie Howard, with 20 years in the collection industry and nearly two years with Stellar Recovery has been named as President and will handle all day to day operations for the Company.  “I have personally known Doffie Howard for 20 years and he has been brilliant over the past three years in our technology development, operational strategies and debt purchasing,” said John Schanck.

Stellar’s Vice President of Business Development, Cathy Marcellino who has held several key management level positions in the ARM industry has been named as Senior Vice President of Business Development. “Cathy has driven debt buying and debt selling opportunities for Stellar” said John Schanck.  Doffie Howard added, “Cathy continues to drive new and exciting client opportunities.”

Doffie Howard, Stellar’s new President indicated that with the addition of our new team in Jacksonville, Stellar Recovery will continue to need a strong Operations management team.  “We believe the promotion of Michelle McPherson as Vice President of Operations and Garret Schanck as Operations Manager provides Stellar the strong and experienced core that is needed to continue our growth in 2011 and beyond.”

“Michelle McPherson has 17 years of operational experience. She brings an extreme intense presence to our new Jacksonville location” says John Schanck, Chairman. “She will continue to drive collections from coast to coast,” said Doffie Howard.

“Garrett Schanck brings a new electrifying excitement to both Jacksonville, Florida and Kalispell, Montana,” said Doffie Howard, President.  Garrett has relocated back to Jacksonville and will split his time between the Kalispell and Jacksonville locations.  “Garrett’s primary function will be to manage purchased Bank Card debt in Jacksonville and Telecom and Utility products in Kalispell, Montana,” said John Schanck.
