Executive Change: NCO Group Announces Michael Albrecht as Head of Healthcare Services Sales

NCO Group, Inc., a global provider of business process outsourcing solutions, announced last month the promotion of Michael Albrecht to lead the Healthcare Services sales team. Michael has over 20 years of healthcare management experience, and has served as NCO Group’s Regional Vice President of the Northern Sales Team for the past five years. He has been instrumental in the growth and development of NCO’s Healthcare Services.

In his new role, Michael will lead NCO’s sales team with our newly expanded solutions in the healthcare market, bringing both sales and leadership expertise to all facets of healthcare revenue cycle management. In addition, Michael will continue to provide leadership to our newly formed client healthcare advisory board.
