Executive Changes: National Loan Exchange Adds Two Execs

National Loan Exchange, Inc., is pleased to announce the addition of Jonathan Brooks and Tony Spencer to its staff. 

With 9 years of Analytics and Risk experience working for national lenders, Mr. Brooks joins NLEX as Vice President of Sales Analysis.  Jon will be working from the National Loan Exchange’s Carlsbad, CA office.

Prior to joining NLEX, Jon was Director of Risk and Business Analysis for ACC Consumer Finance, a subsidiary of CompuCredit.  Mr. Brooks previously held Management or Analyst roles with HSBC Auto and both the Credit Card and Debt Purchasing Divisions of Capital One.

Mr. Brooks holds an MBA from the University of California at San Diego as well as a BA in Economics from Vanderbilt University.

After a fourteen-year career with JP Morgan Chase Card Services, Tony Spencer will serve as Vice President of Sales and manage operations of its newly opened Richmond, VA facility.

Prior to joining NLEX, Tony was Vice President-Operations Manager of Recovery and Bankruptcy for the private label portfolios of Chase Card Services.  In this position, Mr. Spencer oversaw all functions surrounding the recovery of a $3 billion private label portfolio, including the sale of over $1.7 billion in charged off receivables.
