In this role, Riker will focus on the strategic planning and development of processes and procedures for the organization’s 3rd Party Global Debt Collection, 1st Party Receivables Management Outsourcing, Quality Assurance and Attorney Network Management divisions.
Riker, who joined ABC-Amega in 2003, has more than 40 years experience in call center operations. He previously has served as Director of Call Center Operations for Cablevision, Director of Operations for DigiVision Satellite Services, and Customer Service and Administration for Prime Cable.
