TROY, Mich. – This March, Five Lakes Agency, a national full service accounts receivable management company, celebrates their five year anniversary. The company’s mission is to be the finest partner in the accounts receivable management industry providing the highest levels of integrity, performance and compliance.

Despite the ongoing recession, Five Lakes continues to grow its client base. Five Lakes has taken advantage of starting small and their growth has been strategic to allow them to focus on building a scalable infrastructure to better support their clients and goals.

Five Lakes Agency was created initially in March 2011 to service the very complex requirements of the mortgage collection division of one of the largest banks in the country. Five Lakes’ has since expanded the scope of its services by adding top flight leadership with extensive experience and expertise across the spectrum of consumer debt types in all areas of both first and third party collections and specialty accounts receivable management.
