New Judge in Dept of ED Case Makes First Move

Today Judge Thomas C. Wheeler, who last week took over the case of Continental Service Group Inc. et al. v. The United States in the matter of the Department of Education private collection agency contract, made his first move.

He called for a status conference to take place on Tuesday December 12, 2017 at 10:00 AM EST in the National Courts Building, 717 Madison Pl. N.W., Washington D.C.
